Expand
Develop a short draft with useful structure and explanation.
When to use it
Use this to develop a short outline into a structured explanation without inventing missing context.
Useful inputs
- Outline or core idea
- Target length
- Audience and content boundaries
Instruction
Expand the draft while staying on its main idea. State assumptions and do not invent facts.
Example input
Outline: Feedback should be given early. Target: Two paragraphs. Audience: New team leads. Do not claim unmeasured outcomes.
Example result
Giving feedback soon after an observed behavior helps keep details fresh. Start with a concrete example and explain its effect on the team. Then listen to the other person's perspective and agree on a practical next step. The goal is to improve a specific behavior, not label the person.
Common pitfall
Do not add statistics, causes, or expert claims that the outline does not support.
